The OEM is more for the older drivers and owners that are learning to drive a 6MT, it is like a crutch, but the one Dr G is selling let's you shift a lot smoother.

And yes it works for OEM and SSK setup, I have it on my car and it was the first mod I did before I installed the SSK.

Bump for good mod and seller.
