TEASER: E92 carbon fiber interior pictures

Hi everyone, finally, we are almost done with the E92 trim. Here are some pictures of the E92 pieces. By the way, the material we used for the pieces on the picture is not the same as the carbon fiber material we used on the E90. Because it is just a phototype trim sets, lower grade carbon fiber material is used. The production version will be our high quality T300J twill weave carbon fiber.

You plan on doing white/silver CF trim? Wondering on the price also. Hamann and ACS are out of their mind if they think people will pay $2500 for the trim.

Yes, we wil make silver carbon fiber trim. However, there is an extremely short in supply of silver carbon fiber material. The supply of silver trim will be very little as a result of that.

I am curious when you say a shortage of silver carbon material. There is no such thing as silver carbon. Are you refering to Texilium? After all to get colored carbon the only way is to apply a pretty layer of essentially wrapping paper as all carbon is black.

Just curious as I am interested in a set of black depending on price.

Thanks

SG

Yes, Texilium is the correct terms for silver carbon fiber people usually takes about. The Texilium cloth we used to use is extremely scarce and we only have a few tens of square meters of such material in stock (it will take up to a month to get another role of Texilium "100 square meters").

Price will be disclose shortly.

lol i think the texilium is what allows you to give CF color... therefore you can have red, blue, etc etc... it was discussed in another thread... but yeah..
