Hey Guys,

Just wondering if you guys could suggest a couple of good places to snap some pics of my car + a few others with a nice background and stuff. Thanks in advance!

In addition to a car fan, I'm even a bigger airplane fan, so the airport is a good location. Specifically, go to the HAECO aircraft repair location. Ask forum member "CC Bavarian", he actually posted a few photos of his bimmer at HAECO in a earlier thread, pretty awesome photos if you asked me:

Just watch out for the police speed traps there on weekends. Sometimes they are there, sometimes they aren't.

Also try Nam Sang Wei (南生圍) near Yuen Long, a piece of unspoiled wetland that is a really nice background with the trees and open fields, (apparently also a good spot for wedding photos.) You can actually fool some people into thinking it's not Hong Kong... So if you want some nice natural scenic background in HK, go and take some photos there before the developers go in there and build another condo or golf course.

Thanks JohnMan for the compliments! The airport location is good but you have to go early morning when there are less buses. The road is double yellow lines and only single lane. During late afternoon and golden hour before sunset, you will find a lot of people there taking photos for wedding, airplanes, motorcycles, cars etc...

I'm also seeking new locations for photoshoot! I was hoping during this long weekend but my car is in the service centre!

Engine light came on last Sunday and had to be towed to Tsuen Wan BMW. Five days waiting to get on service bay. No updates yet!!!

You could also tried Deep Bay Rd at Lau Fau Shan. There is one or two spot where you can see across the bay to Shenzhen and with the Hong Kong Shenzhen Western Corridor too. But only if the weather is clear...

Very nice. Bride's Pool Rd and Ting Kok Road. I really like the photos of your car at Bride's Pool Rd with the trees in the back. Very professional-looking. You must have went there early to avoid other cars and people.

However I leave tomorrow to London for a weeks work. But good news is I finally got my car back from the dealer after a month. Got to get my new shoes on too ...

Lol it was near a waterfall area.... There was practically no one at that time
