Style 162 wheels and winter tire question

I’m going to purchase a 330i with the sports pkg. For winter wheels and tires I would like to go with an extra set of style 162 18” wheels and go with 225/40/18’s all around (I realize runflats are probably not available in that size). If I were to go with 162’s and 225/40/18’s I guess for the back tires to fit the rims properly I would have to get style 162 8 inch wide front wheels? Would the front wheels work on the back hubs without any issues?

I suggest that you look @ Tirerack.com. They recommend 17" snows for the 330i with sport package. I just purchased and mounted 17" Dunlop Winter Sport M3s on 17" style 158 rims. They rims look great on the car and the car ride is much improved compared to the stock 18" tires/rims. Also, no tramlining with the 17" tires/rims.
