new member, angel eye question
hey guys i'm new to the forum, just picked up a 07 dinan stage 2 335 everything else is completely stock on it, but i dont like driving a stock car so i thought i'd start with the angel eyes, i wanna change the color, now do i just change the bulb or will i have to change the actual angel eyes, i can search as to which ones i'd like to get but i'd rather get just bulbs instead of the whole assembly if possible
thanks in advance |

You only have to change the bulbs. But the best ones you can mail in your light assembly and they'll change the whole thing (RDD I think). But it is $$$$$$. There's a sticky on angels BTW. Just go read up on that.

OSS is the coolest and probably the most visible during the day. The rest is all somewhat similar since the output is going to be the same. However, the quality in the make is going to be different. Lux is the unanimous favorite. If you have an e92, you can go HID.

Whatever —*the search function on this site sucks. Here's a link that might be helpful:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=335303 I think someone needs to write a better thread about angel eyes in general. There's lots of information, but its scattered all over the place. If you replace the bulbs yourself, I think its a major pain in the ass compared to the E92 or LCI models since you have to get into the wheel well (correct me if I'm wrong) and remove your wheel as well as internal paneling before you get to the bulb. |

I am getting RGB LED installed this week by OSS. If you wanna see what it looks like after the install I will be updating my post at the end of the week. Luis wih OSS Design will post pricing after the job has been complete for all to see.

if you are looking for a plug and play solution LUX H8 V3 will be the brightest LED angel eyes and they offer near uniform brightness between the inner and outer ring.
You also didnt mention if you have a sedan or a coupe. the LUX H8 V3 is for the coupe and the LUX E90 v5.1 is for the sedan |
