HELP!

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I was driving my car and all of the sudden my "service engine soon" light came on. The car became very shaky and everytime I would accelerate the car would shake violently. I drove the car home because I was right around the block, and let her rest for the night. I have a jb4 in so I cleared my codes to see if that would do anything and it didn't. My question is, is that if I just clear my codes, take out my jb4, and drive it to bmw of Bridgeport, will I run into any complications with any lingering codes that may still be there?

Do you think I would be able to get my car back later on today since I need it for work tomorrow and I'm out of state? Ugh this suckssss. Someone please give me some advice. Thanks!

clearing the codes with the jb4 steering wheel controls is the same as clearing it with the bt cable right ?

Thanks again everyone... I cleared codes, took out jb4 with help from a friend who used to own a FBO rb-turbo e92, and now it's on to the dealer in the morning. I hope it's just hpfp, i'm cpo'd so i don't really mind what it is because it will most likely be covered, but I would like to get my car back relatively soon.
