HELP!
Hello everyone,
Yesterday I was driving my car and all of the sudden my "service engine soon" light came on. The car became very shaky and everytime I would accelerate the car would shake violently. I drove the car home because I was right around the block, and let her rest for the night. I have a jb4 in so I cleared my codes to see if that would do anything and it didn't. My question is, is that if I just clear my codes, take out my jb4, and drive it to bmw of Bridgeport, will I run into any complications with any lingering codes that may still be there? Do you think I would be able to get my car back later on today since I need it for work tomorrow and I'm out of state? Ugh this suckssss. Someone please give me some advice. Thanks! |

clearing the codes with the jb4 steering wheel controls is the same as clearing it with the bt cable right ?

Thanks again everyone... I cleared codes, took out jb4 with help from a friend who used to own a FBO rb-turbo e92, and now it's on to the dealer in the morning. I hope it's just hpfp, i'm cpo'd so i don't really mind what it is because it will most likely be covered, but I would like to get my car back relatively soon.
