Hello all. In the past week or two I've had several questions because today I willbe picking up a Space Grey 06 330xi. The car has some moisture in the headlights so the dealer (non BMW) will get new ones since it won't pass inspections. I was aiming for the OSS and was quotes a decent price for both sets with blackout and the rings. Now the dealer found something for like a quarter of the price on eBay. Anyone heard of these? Should I trust? Their non adaptive so the projectors don't turn in the direction of the car which is bit of a Bumer..... Please give me feed back!
eBay Item #- 170650856567 My concern is also that I will have a light showing issue with headlights, they won't fit since it's not OEM or there will be wiring issues. Thanks! ![]() |

I would never buy a car from a dealer sourcing parts off eBay.
Step up your negotiating, son. Find oem part cost, agree to take 70-80% of that in cash (edit: or off the price) and go buy OSS. |

Okay so that's one "No" lol keel it coming guys. I want to show that dealer that I'm not trying to rob them. I want to see pros and cons about these eBay items. I told them to look at it this way. The OEMs cost $1300 EACH headlight when the OSS cost a little more than one headlight (they will provide headlight since mine has moisture ao it's extra) but keep it coming guys! MORE FEEDBACK please!

OK, you know how the eBay headlights cost a fraction of what OEM ones cost? There's a reason for that!!!!!!!
Without even getting into quality - let's just mention the fact that the eBay ones dont' auto level which technically makes them illegal, don't have a DOT stamp which tecnically also makes them illegal. If you think it sounds like a good idea to buy a car from a "dealer" that wants to put eBay headlights into your car before selling it to you then I honestly don't know what to say. ![]() |

One of the vendors here stopped selling these depo headlights because of quality issues and the depos are supposedly going to get redesigned.
