Actually for some reason, BMW established some new exhaust connection that you cant remove it and put on any new or custom exhaust....
....that or you can search in the exhaust forums. Also, make sure you stock up on xenon headlight fluid as BMW wont top that off either under warranty.

I know of 3 people in SoCal that have got custom exhaust done. Each from a different shops. There is a sound clip that is put up by Longtran for member's AlVin's exhaust. The other 2 have no clips yet.

Probably JonMartin's. He got an axil back done from there I believe. I know Alvin was at Morse in Burbank, and Kurt is at Fast Intentions in the Northridge/Canoga Park area.
