Do you love your Logic 7?

So i really want to compare the logic 7 ... if you got an E90/E92 do you love it ... and if you have an E93 do you love it?...
Reason im asking is becaus i had an Mcoupe with the HK sound and i loved the experience ... when i jumped into an E46 M3 i hated the HK experience ...

I'm not sure how that's going to be accomplished with a poll asking people if they like what they have.

Agree. Doesn't make sense...unless a person has been in an E93 & E90/92 with a Logic 7 system. Probably won't find too many out there...but good luck.

Been really surprised by the Logic 7. Let down by the whole (2) Surround Options but otherwise very pleased with the performance of this OEM system.

It's become one more thing I am NOT going to be modding on the E92.

cannot imagine that E93 is going to sound much different until you pull the roof open.

While the L7 sound system is a good system, its not worth the extra money over the standard stereo we get on the NA cars. I had the standard sound system in my E90, and now have the logic 7 in my E92.

Im not one for bass pounding music, but I would like a little more low end out of the stereo... Yes, I have gone through and played with the e1/bass and treble/surround settings to try and give a little more kick...

i think the system is awesome for OEM. ive heard audi's is better, but i think its like 6k or something insane like that.

and like revils said, its one more thing i dont have to touch.

and as far as with the E93 with the top down, i drive with my windows and sunroof open alot, and when turned up, it still sounds very good and quite loud for a factory system.

I've obviously played with all of the above... there is no difference in the 'vert with the top up and with the top down it loses some of the surround effect, but depending on speed, side/back window position it doesn't change much at all. it would cost a buttload to put something better in... though I don't know I'd get it if I was getting a 328.

My comparo is with a HK Logic 7 with COMAND in my '05 SLK350. The BMW is much better but I think cabin volume affects it as well.

its not loud enough. i could imagine that in an E93 with the top down it would suck even more.

not lound enough?!?! I'm a 21 year old that listens to everything from metalica to RHCP to Young Jeezy... and I haven't found the need to max the system out, i don't turn it up to max at ALL... That hurts!

I think you're thinking of the Bang & Olufsen system available in the A8, which I've heard is just spectacular. Not really comparable to the E9x scenario; the equivalent would be the Bose system available in the A4, which really isn't that great.

i loved the system before i added a 12'' kicker in the trunk, but now i love it even more, i have an adjustable knob under the steering wheel to turn it down when i want and up when i want so its the perfect mix
