Two Questions - A-pillar gauge and Bong
First, where did this guy get his a-pillar boost gauge. I think I could see doing this mod in my car. I like it better than the vent-pod method. Last thing I want is an obstruction in the A/C path here in Texas!
and Second, what's the deal with the bong about 1/2 way into his sprint? Did he just throw a code? It's like he doesn't even take note! That would certainly make me step back and take a look if I got that sound during acceleration. I hope this isn't to be expected normally... |

The sound is just caused by exceeding the "speed limit" you can set in iDrive.

Yup, looks like he has it set to 100mph like me. Good reminder when you're blasting down the highway

You have a v5 so why not set the gas gauge to show boost and switch the center readout to show miles until empty. Works great and saves a few hundred with nothing obstructing the air vent.
