20\" fitment on prelci e90

Hi I know I've probably asked this before but I never really got an answer to it I'm trying to fit 20x9 et35 front and 20x10 et35 rear will it fit I'm on stock nonsport suspension and I dont want to roll my fenders but I will roll them when I lower it so I just need to know if it will rub without the fenders rolled without a drop?

Those fitments can work with on a Pre-LCI with specific tire sizes. What tires do you plan on using?

According to this
http://docs.docstoc.com/pdf/1755875/...5a627a2a4e.pdf
the 20x9 et35 will fit the front with a 245/30-20 I'm pretty sure the rear would fit with a 20x10 et35 and a 275/25-20 or 285/25-20. Can anyone confirm this? VMR I'm most likely going to end up getting the wheels from you so I'd appreciate it if you let me know if this setup would work.
