Will these fit?

Will these fit and what tire size do I need without putting spacer so that it won't rub or cause problems.
18" VMR V710
Offsets ET 22MM rear 9.5" and ET 33MM front 8.5"

It for my 2006 325i with Sport Package.
Original size was 225/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear.

Thanks!!!

Fronts are fine
Rear would need a fender roll with a 265 tire

Ditto. Fronts would actually be a 8.5 +35.

For a rub free fitment, go with a 9.5 +33.

Thanks for your helpful replies.

I have such a hard time understanding this offset 8.5, 9.5, 33mm, 35mm ... thing.

Let me try to get this right. If I go with 18" rub free, no spacers or fender roll I will need front 8.5 + 35 and rear 9.5 + 33? What tire size do I need for this setup?

What if I go with 19" what would I need? Rims offsets and tire size?

Also what's centerbore?

Many Thanks!

18" or 19" or 20" etc, these are the wheel diameters.

8.5", 9", 9.5", 10", etc. these are the wheel widths.

+33, +35, +40, etc. these are the offsets.

18's or 19's can work as a direct bolt-on fitment with a 8.5 +35 and a 9.5 +33.

The 8.5/9.5 is the width. The +35/33 is the offset.

235/265 tires will be the general fitment.

Centerbore size you will need is a 72.6
