ignition problems

im not sure if any of you are having this problem as my service advisor told me it was normal with the 07 E92s (although i doubt it is normal), but in the morning or whenever my engine is cold and hasn't been turned on, when i press the start button it takes like 5 seconds to start (making the starting engine sound) but it hesitates to start so i always have to hit stop then start again. this only happens when the engine is cold. once the engine is warmed up and i try starting it, everything is back to normal.

just wondering if any of you knew what the problem may be? im going to take a video and show it to my service advisor letting him know that i doubt it's normal.

if any of you are confused about what im saying, i'll have a video up soon...

Probably fuel pump issue. When was your car produced?

PM Ironic, he's having similar issues. He just got his car serviced, maybe he can help you out.

I had the same problem, this is a fuel pump issue! Go to another dealer and tell them you have a fuel pump problem.
