Give us a Call. If you are not local. We gladly take shipment of headlights, modify them and send them back to you. Otherwise, we can schedule an appointment to get you in for what ever service you would like.

y cant the outter ring be a full circle like the inner ring? I think it looks so stupid not having the ring connect at the top. Your work is amazing though, the cf on the shroud is brilliant. Im just not a fan of the outter ring. Didn't BavX fix this issue?

If they are both the same size then the one towards the rear looks much smaller and it looks much weirder.

These LED rings don't seem to be that bright. Is the camera playing tricks or what?

Actually the outer ring CAN be a full circle like the inner ring. No one has asked for it yet. We have them available and would gladly install them if a customer would like it done on their lights. Most people just like the "U" shaped ring because they say it looks "Meaner" and more aggressive. To each their own, its all preference when it comes to modding your car.

Actually the Outer ring is about 0.5" larger in diameter than the inner. but of course the flat part on the top of the outer ring can be deceiving. Trust me They are BRIGHT! The camera is definitely not flattering. Due to how bright they are, we have to scale down the brightness and exposure to capture a semi decent shot of them. Here is a shot with no adjustment.

From slightly above

And from directly at the AE's

Right... I was saying that if you use the same size ring on the inner and outer it gives the appearance of the outer ring being smaller (because it is further away from the spectator).

They definitely look much brighter in those pics! Is this the same ring OSS uses? Can you PM me a quote for a prelci e90?

Oh, and why does it always look like there is an LED out at the top of the middle rings? This isn't specific to your kit but to all LED ring kits.

Me too!!
Two quotes please...
-Standard Blackout and ACM Rings (full outer circle)
-Blackout with Blackout ACM Rings (full outer circle)
And what is the average turnaround time from the time you get the headlights to the time you ship them back, thanks.

I get what youre saying now. My apologies for the mis-understanding.

In regards to the gap at the top of the LED ring. The design of these rings is not much more than a simple printed circuit board shaped like a circle and has a bunch of LED's soldered onto it. The gap is nothing more than just the junction of the two ends. It is also where the wires that power up the circuit are located. Another thing to keep in mind is that the gap is only visible in pictures, that can magnify the spaces between all the LED's, and from really close up in person. Otherwise, the brightness of the LED's fills in the gaps very effectively and is hardly noticeable.

Im sorry but, currently, we are not doing the E90 platform due to the fact that they are Perma-Sealed. The only way to open an E90 is to cut them open and reseal using epoxy and sealants. Unfortunately, because of the high probability of condensation occuring, we can not stand behind that type of modification and therefore chose not to take on that platform. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience.
