Another one says his film will not, anyone with direct experience on this, which one is bsing or does the 2nd installer truly have a better product (venture shield)

on a white car the film will begin to slightly yellow after year 2 or so... this is a 3M kit (xpel) on my car... i have installed kits for over 10 years (100+ kits)... and the protection is worth the slight variation imo. the downside... i only buy white cars.

here is an extended kit on my car (including bumper)...

andrew - do you think this is true for all films and are there specific ones that resist fading/yellowing?

i think all films will yellow in time... it just most noticeable on a white finish.

you need a better monitor, or calibrate it better

on a more serious note, you can see the yellowness of the film on Andrew's AW, BUT that's because it's AW, like Andrew said, I'm sure all fim yellows over time, it's just not possible for it not to yellow, it's like saying there's a fountain of youth potion that you can drink to prevent aging, not happening

I didn't have my laptop plugged in last night so the screen wasn't as bright to save power. I'm plugged in now and I see it just fine! LOL Still, most people won't notice clear bras unless they are looking for them, which is cool!
