Not a huge issue, but what is the little connecter laying across the top of the battery for? Anyone know?
Been like that since I got it, so I'm not really worried unless it's something that really should be connected somewhere. Otherwise wiring looks like it came off a Boeing production line.

I saw that too when I installed a sub on my e90. Also, on my car, next to the amp on the left side, there is also an unused 4 pins connections (2 optical, 1 red, 1 brown). I suspected that is for the CD charger option. I tap into the red wire to get a turn-on lead for my amp. I notice that the power of this wire will cut off after 15mins after all doors are locked.
