Broke the jack-point

Bottomed out when backing off the lift when i was deleting the sec cats, resonator and cdv... Anyone here done this yet or am i the first lol... If so, do you know of any type of fix?

i break them all the time. just buy a new one, about $25 at the dealership. pops right in

I made just a simple hard wood block to insert that has saved me.

i broke one, when backing out off the dyno. another when it got caught on the rails of a security gate.

one of mine was ripped off when i ran over a block of wood that i didn't see in the middle of the street. luckily you can just buy the hard plastic rectangle piece(jack point) and it snaps right in place.

Mine are all horribly mangled from using a floor jack.

same here. and my car is soo low that i can't use one of those block adapters because there is not enough clearance...my low-profile jack barely gets under there as it is.

I have some long 1x12s in the garage that I have to drive on to get clearance. Have rhino ramps on top of them. Gotta get the front wheels up on the ramps while the backs are still on the ground. It's quite absurd.

make sure you replace them!!! when I used my jack without one my car fell!! but luckily I had wooden blocks under the car to support it!

Just yank them out and as said above use an adapter in its place, something that can reach back to the frame.
