OBD2 splitter for gauge and cobb

Hey guys, I remember reading about people using Y-splitters for the OBD2 port allowing us to use the Rixster vent gauge and Cobb AP together without having to remove either one.

I searched and apparently the discussion was in the Rixster vent gauge preorder thread which is now closed.

If anybody can let me know what splitter is confirmed to work (fully powers and communicates with both the gauge and the Cobb AP), that'd be great! Thanks in advance.

***EDIT***

I want to clarify that I'm specifically looking into getting a setup that has a low profile connector for the car's OBD2 port, allowing the port cover to be put back on. As far as I know, the only 2 options are either a low profile extension cable attached to a generic OBD2 splitter or a low profile OBD2 port splitter (if they exist).
