new owner of 08 335i e90! :D

Hi guys!! very excited to be a part of the e90 community!!

After searching for weeks on end for the right deal, i finally purchased a 2008 335i e90 a few days ago!
It's a blk/blk with the must have prem/sport packages and has a factory navi as well.
It's got 47k original miles which is good news because it's still under factory warranty(right?) and im hoping i have the option to extend it by 2yr/50k more.
This is where i have a few questions!

So to get the extended warranty, does the car have to be completely stock? It's currently got some random aftermarket springs on it and it's making a clunking noise when i turn. i want to invest in some H&R or KW coils but if i need to put it back to stock for the warranty i might just hold off on them and get some used oem springs..

Also, whoever had the car before chopped the oem exhaust and welded together a different exhaust tip on and welded the original back on when he traded it in... would i need a new oem exhaust to get the extended warranty?

and who in socal can recommend a good bmw dealer who aren't looking for ways to void your warranty???

please let me know!
