What rims should i get with my baby

Your budget is 1k for rims and tires? Can't even get a cheap set of rims and tires with that. You could get something used.

Yeah.. $1k can get you a set of wheels but not both. I've heard stores of people taking the cheap route and getting bad/broken wheels.
Spend that money on wheels then buy Hankooks. My friend has them on his M6 reps and tirerack has them for somewhere around $500-600 for all 4.

VMR718 looks pretty nice on the E92. See a pic here. I think you might need to extend the budget a bit.

you can get a set of miro wheels from bavarian exclusive for 500 - 800.

i would keep those wheels you have on there, and drop that bad boy on some coils, or poss do a trade with someone looking for those wheels

ive heard of them cracking, but i dont have any experience with them so i cant say to much just what i heard
