Wheel and tire question! Help

Bought some staggered 20\" rims with 245/35/20 on 8.5 et20 front and 285/30/20 on 9.5 et20 rears rims. Obviously these aren\'t fitting my stock non sport suspension e92. I found new 245/30/20 for pretty good price 130$ each. For the rears its a different story. The cheapest i found are 275/30/20 for 215$ each, can\'t afford that now. But I found 255/40/20 also for 130$ each.
Now the question is: Is it possible to stretch a 255/40/20 on the 9.5 wheel and not have any rubbing problems? If you have any other suggestions please reply. Thanks
