Go over to www.bimmerfest.com Find the user "beewang" He runs a Euro Nav DVD loaner program. It's $50. He sends you the DVD with a prepaid return shipping envelope. You send it back to him when you're back from the trip.

Best to get in touch with him ASAP to reserve a disc as a lot of people are using them especially in the busier months for ED, Spring and Summer.

Hey I have a copy of the Euro disk I will sell you. I'm moving out of Germany next week to Washington state. The disk works perfect, it was made by the dealer for me. Hit me up. $30 shipped.
