Any thought on what that would look like ? I have car in shop now to get the M front bumper and side skirts on. I forgot to order all black grilles so I will do that on Monday. So im thinking of having them paint the entire kidney grilles to match the body color ( TIAG ). What do you guys think that would look like ? I looked around the site and couldn't find anyone who's tried this ? One last question, do the kidney grilles on my 09 come apart in two pieces, the slats and outer ring or are they one piece ??

i think if the slats were painted, it'll look like shit. possibly worse than chrome slats.

unless you have a black car, then color-matched slats would be ok. lol

^ Simply put, I agree with that guy. When the slats are body colored (if the car isn't black), I think the front end of the car would just look too busy.

Just buy the OEM black grilles. I haven't seen a car that doesn't look good with them on.
