I've talked to Rick at Rick's Auto Salon a bit, but I haven't taken my car in yet. They are in Fairfield off Port Union (near Performance Auto Body and the Performance Auto dealers)

http://www.ricksautosalon.com/

I've heard they do good work, and seemed pretty knowledgeable when I was emailing back and forth about some swirls put into my paint by the guys @ the BMW store... I am looking for a place that will buff it all out and detail, black sapphire is a nightmare to try and polish yourself...

There's also another detailer in Covington that I was looking at, but haven't talked to yet. Protouch Window Tinging & Auto Detailing. I actually work a block or so from there, so their location is more convenient. I also was thinking of getting a light tint done, so they would kill two birds... no website though, so I don't have any reference on their level of work.

I had the tint on my previous Cooper S done at Pro Touch. The tint was fine but the place seemed kind of ghetto. No experience with their detailing.
