Motul 8100 5W30 5L

Got a couple jugs of 5W30 Motul 8100 X-Clean C3 (5L) left over. I've moved onto 5W40 for extensive track use

$40 for a jug. I'm in Markham

keep it for winter use, or you don't even drive your car in winter??

So, what would be the best Motul option for for our N54 if tracked on a bimonthly basis and hard road driving. I've seen so many variations already from the 300v to RFB600 (and 5-30 to 5-40)
