license plate lights stolen
I went to play pool today in MIX2 (Denison and Kennedy, Not going never again to this place)
So, when i came out and went to my car i got a SURPRISE! -->There was a bird shit on my car hood. So i decided to go to my trunk for some water and tissue to clean that SHIT, When i was at the trunk, i found another SURPRISE! ---> My license lights were stolen , leaving the wires out ! The worst thing was that the guy who did it, scratched my car when he was disconnecting it. It was not a big financial lost, but i felt like crying. Damn !!!!!!!! So, it is not a surprise that someone will steal license lights (which i found out that are really easy to disconnect, takes less then 1 min if you know how to do it) I learnt my lesson today , if you love your car, keep it in your sight 24/7. So, to all members that have those lights or something that is easy to disconnect, keep your car in a spot where you can see it and take good care of it. Cuz it feels like &^%$&** if something happens to it . Last edited by johnniewalker; 07-22-2011 at 05:38 AM.. Reason: PHOTO |

These lights fit E46 too I think, so it's not necessary one of our own.
I have M-TEC lights myself and a put a blob of silicone when I was putting them on. Every little bit helps. |

The two lights + taxes cost 55 bucks. It's not a big deal of the money.
But my car is only 2 months old, for me she is brand new. That's why it hurts, so much ! |

Yea the OEM license LED has a greenish tint which I don't like. I am using aftermarket ones which has a bluish tint.. looks much better at night. I got mine from ebay which only has 2 or 3 LED's per side (forgot how many) so it's not overly bright and ricey.

Wow that's brutal. I live close to that area, but thankfully haven't been to that plaza in quite a few years.
