Warning Light, with DP install

I got DP\'s installed today and my Jb4 is not in the car (I sent in it for Terry to look at, having some meth issues)

Anyway, I thought I would get an SES light and got nothing....

What I did get was the letters \"SOS\" and the picture of a telephone with a line through it...I turned off the car and the symbol never came back....

1). Why no SES light?
2). I am guessing the SOS light is for BMW assist or something but why would it trigger??

It takes about 50 miles of driving to throw the code for the o2 sim
