Replacement PCV Hose?

In the process of moving I seem to have misplaced my OEM PCV hose.

I'm running a BSH catch can, but it isn't really catching anything so I want to put the stock system back on instead.

Anyone know where I can find the OEM PCV hose (without going to the dealer)? I've looked everywhere.

Looks like you have to buy a whole new valve. Not bad at $30 tho.
