i love bitesms but my free trial just ended and now it has tons of adds, anyone know of another good mms app similar to bitesms that is free

Go to Cydia and add http://sinfuliphonerepo.com/ to your sources.

Search for BiteSMS cracked and install it.

Exactly as spelled, you can find it on the insanelyi repo. Run it on the "infinity" setting, and be amazed at how under-clocked the processor is.
