Blame it on the emergence of fast food. Baby boomers were fed home cooked meals and developed in a normal and healthy manner through adolescence.

The millenium or Gen Y'ers are mostly raised eating hormone injected food thus in turn having an accelerated and exaggerated effect on their body parts. At least for the girls. Also I hear kids are having sex in elementary school now.
