I got them from another member and was told they are OEM. But there are no BMW stampings. I was at BMW Mississauga where there is a e90 in front of the parts counter with the OEM Performance splitters. They are the same. Fitment is perfect as shown in the pics. Uses 2 OEM screws and the holes are perfectly aligned.

Condition is mint except for a scrape at the bottom where it cannot be seen when installed.
