Oil consumption 335i

Maybe there is a topic about oil consumption.
anyway. Mine has run 11000kms now(6800miles) and the oil consumption was 1 litre exactly. For a new rather powerful and new tech engine 'just fine'according to the mechanic. My ex E90 330i didn't do that though...

Your thoughts please.

Yes, the oil burning in your car is normal. And the "search" for oil burning is also normal.
