My tire got shredded

The low tire pressure came on today and I thought I might have a nail in the tire. I got out the tire plug kit, but when I took off the tire I realized I needed a lot more than a plug. The inside of the left front tire was all shredded. Hopefully I can pick up (2) 235/35R19 somewhere cheap. This sucks

The only thing I can think of is when I was driving I hit a spot of uneven payment.
