'09 LeMans Blue 328 stolen in North Jersey!

Figured I'd put this out there since the car hasn't been spotted for 2 weeks and I really didn't want to be in the market for a new one until the F30 is out!
It's a LeMans Blue M-sport 328i sedan, oyster interior, no 328 badge on trunk - look like M3 sedan (probably why it was taken!), unique car - haven't seen another one like it.
Probable current location - Newark area...
Any info appreciated! (and remember to lock your car!)

BMWs are impossible to steal w/o the keys or a tow truck...did you leave the keys in it>??

..that's becasue its in peices right now in the back of a shop.

sucks to hear this happened, but did you really leave you key fob in your car ?

I know its a late question, but did you have bmw assist?
if so - you can call them up w/ the police report # and they'll track it as well..

The OP has about 15 threads all complaining about BMWs. Some he says he has a 330 and som a 328i. idk...

Nope..not if he left the keys in there..thats negligence on his part which the insurance is not obligated to cover

His silence on that particular detail is rather telling as to his negligence or lack thereof. Smart move if indeed that's the case though as I'm sure not many other 09' LMB 328is were stolen in Northern Jersey under the same circumstances recently. Wasn't a smart move to put all this info on the thread and contact the insurance company there after....
