Muffler Install with custom Piping was 140 cash at American Muffler. Not the cheapest, but I got what I paid for, they know what they r doing. I bought the exhaust for 160 on Amazon. Magnaflow 14815. Everything is stock minus the muffler basically. Ill post some video of start up, drive by, and interior.

Oh and why does the rear shot second from the top look so off? I hope that's not how the final looked. Looks like way to much of the bottom showing

It looks like it's still being supported by the stand. So the muffler wasn't welded on yet...

yeah but the ones ive seen that come from magnaflow have rolled tips... the tips on OP's setup look like single wall straight cuts, sorta like the eisenmann exhaust tips. i thought maybe the OP switched out the tips.

[edit] searched some other 14815's installed on other vehicles and i guess thats the regular tips that already come on the muffler. nice.

DJKOBI Could you provide some sound clips please!? Start up and revs would be fine. I'm looking to get this part for a 328i.

Cool. You’re In Cali, but those with less strict emission standards should look into ansecodnary cat delete along with the new muffler. It will sound very good!

this muffler only has a 2.25" inlet - it's way too small for an n52.

also, this thread is old AF..

2.5 inlet is ideal? Would that improve power and sound?

2.5" is stock (the single section)

with any significant mods I'd be looking at 3".
