Owners circle tracking questions

I am trying to tracker down my 335 on the Canadian Owner's circle site and it say i need my VIN and a PIN
I have the VIN and a Production # but i amd not sure what the PIN is. I tried to put the production number in as the PIN but it doesn't work.
I am a newb at this so i am just wondering what my PIN is supposed to be?

When I signed up at bmwusa I had to create a username and password first using either the Production # or the VIN #.
