has anyone put a cf hood on their white e90 sedan? and what do you guys think of it ?

To each his own. Some colors can pull off full unpainted CF parts others can't. IMO it kind of looks JDM.

idk i'd get it painted and maybe leave a stripe of cf showing.. it'd look out of place just cf imho

iono about cf vinyl wrap on a hood..wouldn't that look GHETTO ..i mean vinyling the roof is fine.. but the hood cf vinyl...iono about that... it sounds like a honda head hatchbacks would do..lol u know anyone in here vinyled their hood CF .??

that's like 200-300 less of getting the real cf hood...... does vinyling the hood cf look shiny?? or does it have that flat look ?

depends on which one you get... 3m di-noc should be your top choice IMO and Autocouture is the place to go for it

yea tru...ill go to them when i get my roof wrapped up ..but im debating whether i want my hood wrraped or look for a cf vorsteiner or oem hood...anybody in here selling one ?

Not to be rude, but for a little more you can actually have a real hood. there was one on here brand new for 800.

$600-700 for a CF Hood? Sounds like a low-quality ebay type hood. A quality CF hood will run you $1000+

If your getting a Vorsteiner its much more than 200-300 more than wrapping a hood... Try $1200 more. just sayin'

plus there's no such thing as an OEM CF hood. you gotta go after market for that. and when you go after market you always have t worry about fitment issues.

yea i was just exaggerating on the 200-300 more part ....but, yea i kinda i figured cf hood willl run 800+ unless i find a used one.....but yea ill keep that inmind sal ....
