Funny call from BMWNA

Just got the follow up phone call to rate the dealer and experience of the recent purchase of my E92....

I think the auto-operator from the 800# had more personality!

Sort of, but what was really funny is that when you tell the 800# auto-operator what you want, she knows what you're saying. The "live" person who was doing the survey seemed to get confused when I told her I didn't take delivery of the car yet! I guess that deviated from her script and she didn't know how to respond!

They outsource that to a third party company. Imagine making those calls all day long, making minimum wage and asking people how they like their new BMW, Mercedes, etc. And then hearing people with the audacity to whine and complain... "there was some dust on the hood" or "I didn't get my iPod cable", "waaaaaaahhhh".

Working the suicide hotline would probably be more rewarding....

Lol I can imagine. What would have been really mean is if you told her you were doing PCD
