The only difference between these and the eBay product are the metal vs rubber washers? How soft are these rubber washers, will they flex/compress under load?

I think I'll order tonight and see how it feels.

EDIT: Just placed my order, looking forward to trying these out.

They are thick reinforced rubber like a tire. Very little compression and don't rattle like those washers tend to!
