Replace Daylight Angels with newer bulbs

On the road I've seen stock 2010-2011 BMW X5s and 335is with bluer looking angels daylight running lights. They seems to be stock bulbs with a blue to almost sky blue color. I have a 2008 335i and was wondering If I could replace my stock bulbs with the newer ones? Thanks for the help.

no. the new LED angel eyes use a completely different design, not simply just a different bulb. there are many aftermarket LED angel eye bulbs available though.
