In what reason?

Currently my car has this phenomenon : -

Once I want to move my car either from car park or traffic light, when I release my right foot from brake padel, suppose my car will intend to move forward, but the rpm is dropping a lot until the gear mode shifted from D to N, or fire ceased.

Somtimes I do step the accelerate pedal fastly, but I can feel the engine is struggled a bit and you can feel little shocking.

I sent back my car to BMW, and the changed the solenoid for cylinder 2 and 3 for me as they said the burning ratio for these 2 cylinders are not in optimized. Moreover, they also have adjusted 100 higher in rpm when idle. After that, I have no problem with it except I think the rpm is a little high on idle status, then, I brought back to BMW and asking them to adjust 50 lower but still 50 higher than before. Unfortunately, this has caused the above phenomenon back.

My question is in what reason BMW should adjust the rpm with 100 higher to resolve the cease fire phonemenon?

Would it be the Air/Fuel ratio is not in optimized (resulted from piggyback) which has also cuased this phenomenon be happened according to what garage technician told me??

Thanks for your help in advance

your car is misfiring(cease fire) how many miles on the spark plugs and by selonoid i assume they mean injector or coilpack who knows it might be a fuel pump issue but start with the ignitions sources(coilpacks, spark plugs) then move to the fuel sources(fuelpump HIGH and LOW, injectors) one of these should resolve your misfire

Could be as usual injectors as well. first i would reset adaptations, codes and remove the tune.
Drive stock and see if it still occurs. If it does get BMW to fix the car and stop finicking with the idle, zerep
1 advices are spot on .

Thanks for your reply, the HPFP is newly replaced which my car was on recalled on this May. Spark plugs and coil on cylinder 2 are new, that's why I couldn't figure out but just can consult 3rd party such as garage to see what is the problem, the answer I got from garage is should be the air/fuel ratio, so, would it be other problem?

My car has running about 38,xxx km, I intended to take the tune off but I have the downpipe over there, I should replace it with stock downpipe, if I can find out the main reason without need to do the above steps, I prefer to save my money from uninstall and re-install costs.
