its almost time to step up.

First off I want to say hello to everyone. I am new to BMW's and think its time to step up and buy one. I have been doing a little bit of reading on this site and have found people to be upset with Russell BMW and saw one complaint with Passport service. I was wondering where everyone purchased there cars from and what they think of Passport BMW as this is my local dealer. Thanks ahead to everyone who replies

Passport is widely known for their deals and appear to have a great rep. They quote me an awesome price on my E92 and I almost bought from them. I ended up purchasing from Tischer - equally great deal and a bunch of really cool guys over there. I sometimes stop by just to shoot the shit with them. How many dealership can you say that about? I've heard less than thrilling stories about Russell.

I went with BMW of Towson, very impressed with their service. Of course I can't speak for the whole salesteam or the service department - but those I did business with gave a great first impression.

I've been to Russell in the past and am not impressed. Their service department is decent, but their salesteam is ...bad. They have the very pushy and moody types, at least in my experience.

I'd never been impressed with VOB in rockville either. After going with Towson for the purchase, i'm going back for service and such.

I went with VOB. Not based on anything great, just they were the closest to where I live. So far during the order process I would give them a C- for customer expereince. I bought from Northwest BMW, off of 695 back in 2000 and it was a great experience.

Passport

I was looking at doing ED for a e90 335. VOB would not move from ED MSRP, Arlington BMW was not very friendly. Passport gave me the price I wanted. Dont have the car yet so I will save my final review until after US redelivery.
