E90 M-tech front bumper + AA FMIC

I have an 07 E90 335i with AA FMIC. Will the M-tech front bumper fit? or will I have to do some cutting/modifications?

I have 07 e90 and the Dinan intercooler and was told by me SA that the m-tech front will not fit. I did not inquire about why, however, or if extra cutting would solve any issues. The center section (lower) doesn't look any smaller than stock so not sure what exactly the issue is. May inquire further with an Indy shop...they may be more open to some cutting, etc.

Will be interesting to see what others say. I figured so many are running different front ends that some may work with aftermarket IC's.
