Bellevue BMW Service Disappointment

Hey all,

I picked up my '11 e92 335i back in August. I noticed during the delivery inspection that the iPhone snap in adapter wouldn't recognize my phone. I set up an appointment to have this looked at while they installed my clear bra. After some troubleshooting the service adviser, Wendy, say they need to order a control box from Germany and it "could be at least 20 days away or more". This was annoying but not much I could do. I picked up my car and have been waiting since August 24th to hear back.

I emailed today and my email bounced back. I decided to email my salesman and he tells me that Wendy resigned last week! This really bothers me as I have been waiting very patiently to hear back from them about this part only to find out the person supposedly taking care of me has left!

Does anyone know a good SA at Bellevue I can contact that can help me out with this? I honestly would prefer to take the car to Seattle as it is closer and more convenient for me but I assume since the part was supposedly ordered already I will need to work with them.

Just go to Seattle and have them re order the part. The two service departments are night and day.

Thanks guys. I will give Toni a call today and set up an appointment. I also want them to take a look at the wastegate as it sounds like it is rattling too. :/

not sure about service yet but not too impressed with sales at bellevue.

I have had three sub par experiences with the service dept at Bellevue. I'll give Seattle a try for my next service. Hate to leave them since I work in Redmond but they don't seem motivated to provide excellent service

I think Tony is the primary SA in Seattle if you have a 335i, I remember they switched me from Denise Shutter to Tony when I upgraded to a 335i from a 325i.
Tony drives a Hyundai Genesis coupe by the way.

I set up an appointment with Tony on the 10th (soonest they have a loaner available). Looking forward to a good service experience.
