MTEC V3 and GP Thunder 7500 Fogs (Pics Inside)

So after getting some reccomendations from other members on how to spend my money, I went ahead and bought a set of 7500K GP Thunder fogs for my 07 335. Wow what a difference. The light was as white as I had hoped. Install was a breeze. Took about 20 minutes for the first side and 10 for the second after I knew what I was doing.

Driver Side done.

Both sides done!

Now to get rid of those ugly yellow angel eyes!

Bye Bye Yellow Eyes!

So about a week later I ordered a set of MTEC V3 AE's. Installed yesterday and they were just what I had hoped for. I tried to get a picture of just one side done during the install, but for some reason I couldnt get it to come out. Anyway here are some pics of the whole front end done. Install was a little more complicated than the fogs, but I had them done in a little over an hour. Only had to drop the F bomb twice and only threw a tool once!

Just the AE's

With the fogs on too.

Let me know what you think. PS, the overlays for the amber corners have already been shipped, so don't nail me for that one!

BTW, it is nasty and overcast here in Baltimore, so I will try and get some pics in the sun if I ever see it again.

Thanks! Its really not that hard to do. Just take your time, and make sure the car is secured on jack stands. The DIY on E92-Lighting really helps.

Thanks. I picked the 7500K because they would match the AI's pretty close and if I didnt like them, they were only 15 bucks.

Not bad. You have to jack the car up, take the tire off, and then remove the front of the wheel well. All in all, it took about an hour to do both sides.

You can do it without taking off the wheel.
Just jack up the car and turn the wheel in.

Looks good. Would be even better with HID fogs to match the low beams

Yes, the output is weak, I put these on my car about a month ago, and I am not quite satisfied and will likely go HID eventually.

gp thunder 8500k has a very slight blue tint to it, gp thunder 7500k super white is best matching with Lux, City Vision and MTEC V3's.

I have gp thunder 7500 as my fogs and they still look slightly yellowish/greenish. Anybody experiencing the same thing? Does anyone have pics of 8500 as fogs for comparison.
