Crankshaft Position Sensor

Check engine light came on and it\'s saying that my crankshaft position sensor is bad...

Is it covered under CPO?

Is it safe to drive back home 110miles?

Tks

How about a cam sensor? There are errors on the camshaft? I went with whipped phases, more than 110 miles. Do not twist more than 4000 rpm.
