Some idiot ran a redline and I end up hitting him. The damages was about 16k to fix and the shop had to replace the whole front end. It's been two months now and I finally got my car back. I drive a 2007 335i Manual. Long story short I notice my car does not any power anymore.

I would punch it and it would take forever to reach redline. After being WOT the yellow engine light would turn on. I am aware of limp mode so I checked my oil temperature and its at 240 which is fine. I would turn off the engine and the light would go off but the power does not come back. In order to get the yellow engine light to come on, I would have to WOT for about 3-5 seconds. This really bugs me and I will bring my car back to the shop tomorrow but I was wondering if anybody had any idea what is causing my car to limp mode.

Edit: The car drives fine, not shaking or weird noise just loss of power.

Thanks in advance, I'm so bummed out about my car. I will need to WOT before I bring it to the shop tomorrow.

Get it scanned. It sounds like code P30ff which is a low boost condition. You probably either have a boost leak or one of your turbos is damaged and not boosting properly. I had the same thing happen to my car last week.
