HELP! Taking delivery today, but mileage on CPO is stated by dealer wrong!

As the hyperbolic subject says, I am supposed to take delivery of a 2008 CPO E92 328i today (ie in 12 hours), but going over the pre-delivery checklist I see that the carfax and the stated mileage by the dealer are different. Already test drove and inspected the car, and everything mechanically and cosmetically is tip top, however never checked the actual vehicle odometer during the test drive, as the "trip" odometer was the only one showing. Was told by the dealer that it was 30K, and all online listings (Autotrader, BMWUSA main search, Dealer Website) say that the mileage is 30K, but Carfax shows 36k. What should I do? Car is the right color, packages, but price I negotiated was for a vehicle with 6k less miles (about 5 months of driving). Should I re-negotiate the price, or is this impossible since I've already been approved for financing? Any help and/or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks

honestly if you like the car 6k isn't that big of a deal.. just enjoy it

The price difference should be about $300-$400. It would be hard to change the deal price, but perhaps you could negotiate for some extra accessories -- floormats, BMW logo jacket, gloves, etc. There are lots of goodies in the gift shop.

It's not hard to change the "deal price" AT ALL until the paperwork is signed. lower the purchase price by $500 /endthread

Thanks to all that replied. The odometer was indeed 36k and not 29k, but the dealership was able to get me a deal on the extended warranty, so I have the same warranty as a new car for a total of 6 years and 100k miles, so everyone went away happy. Loving the new ride.

6 years from the in service date, not from today.. so that would be ~2014
