I tried M3 forum and no luck maybe here is a better place.

I have a 335i Lease ending and i want to buy it out. Question is can the price of the car they give be negotiable? (live in WA)

and thinking of getting extended warranty .. is it same as the factory warranty?

I saw a post of a CPO warranty, that you pay 50 every time and doesnt cover minor stuff, same apply to extended?

I'm pretty sure the end of lease purchase price is part of the lease contract. Accordingly, the answer to your question is no, you cannot negotiate that price at the end of the lease. Of course dealers may change their tune (no pun intended) if they think they can make money off it (for example if they felt it would cost them more to put it up for sale on the lot). I suppose it couldn't hurt to try.
