really enjoying my cobb tune

I purchased my 2008 335xi only 2 months ago, and I knew I wanted to do some modding from day 1. It's been a while since I'd been in the modding scene, having spent several years owning 2 different Honda S2000s. I had been doing research on the various tunes for about a month, and ended up talking to Jeff @ Top Gear Solutions about what they had available.

I hadn't even considered cobb until Jeff mentioned it was one they had available, so I did more research and decided to go with that. I love the install (15 minutes and simply plug it into the ODB II how easy!) Huge thumbs up to Jeff for quickly answering my questions too!

Anyways, the car is a completely different beast. I have the BMS DCI, and am running stage 1 sport. The power delivery is perfect too, far smoother than stock. Even my wife loves it, and she's not an easy one to please when it comes to modding cars. I couldn't be happier, and I've been doing some data logging while out and about, with some occasional 0 to 100-ish (through 3rd gear) and everything looks great.

For sure, thanks again. I'm enjoying it so much, I am now considering going with an FMIC and DPs so I can try stage 2 lol. I had planned on leaving the car mostly stock, but well... we all know how that goes lol. I only wish I'd had an MT instead of AT. But the MTs are pretty rare around my area.

I'll always drive an MT myself, but the AT are quicker anyway.
The mod bug always bites, especially after seeing the power gains and potential.

Let me know when your ready...
